Use feature 983 when asked for the password, get the response invalid password. How do I reset the password so I can get into the admin.?

Whom controls mailbox 102 has the password.
102 = system manager mailbox 0000 = password.

Feature 983 log in is 120000 (if 2 digit extension, 1020000 if 3 digit, 10020000 if 4 digit extensions)
Select Mbox, enter that locked extensions mail box number, You will see password RESET. Select RESET. Release out. This will reset that mail box password to 0000. Use feature 981 on that phone and enter the new default password of 0000. you will then be prompted to change the password.

Sounds like the admin password has been changed. You will have to go thru the vm admin password process to default it.

Try this: "Feature" 983, Enter 120000 or the system coordinator password, press "ok", press "mbx", press "chng", then enter the mail box number, press "reset", then release. The mail box password should default to "oooo"
