What is the capacity.i am refering to the westpoint wpco18d convection oven

it is not a convection oven only microwave and there is no preheat. refer to your owners manual.

I assume you've referred to your owner's manual to be sure you are operating the convection properly?

You can also do a hard reset by unplugging the oven for a couple of minutes, plugging it back in, then setting the clock and trying again.

If it's still not working, you may have a bad sensor or other problem.

Microwave oven for checking stability of paints is not recommended as it would lead to explosion because paints are flammable. What you need is convection oven with fine adjustment. There are industrial ovens available for such purpose.

Chances are you have a bad thermistor (internal temperature sensor).

Your owner's manual should have a number or Web address for Westpoint customer service.
