Can't get the Hourly chime to shut off - tried going to alarm, then hitting adjust Button - alarm shuts on or off , but not Chime

To remove the hourly alarm (or 'chime'), try this :-

Press and hold the RESET button and then press MODE. If you want hourly chime ON - all the days will be displayed, press MODE button again to switch OFF the chime - all the DAYS will disappear.

Hold A, and B and press C, mine shut off

First press Mode Button and bring to alarm setting,then press adjust button on right side top button, by clicking it you can see selecting alarm or chime select chime and press mode button for exit.

with the alarm time showing - press the split reset button if the hourly chime is on you will see a row of dots above it. Press the mode button to get the dots to disappear and turn off the chime.

To turn off the hourly chime, just press the MODE button (bottom left) until the watch is in alarm mode. Then press the ST/STP button (top right) and the icon for hourly chime should go away.

I have just bought a xonix watch and had the same problem. To get rid of this annoying beep I just had to push the 2 bottom buttons simultaneously and it was gone :D

While holding the bottom right button down, press

the bottom left button. When all

7 day flags show,

the hourly chime is

on. When no day

flags show, the
chime is off.

I have a Timex marathon, and this worked for me:

Press 'mode' button till you get to 'alarm' screen. Then press start/stop. This will toggle the chime on and off.

The alarm should be sounding. (broken?) To turn hourly chime on and off, go to alarm screen and select SIG. Then top left button turns it on and off.

6) Hourly Chime (SIG):
Press C until alarm mode is reached (AL1 - AL4 + SNZ and SIG).
Press D to select hourly chime (SIG). Press A to toggle chime on and off.

Press C to return to Timekeeping mode.

to turn off hourly chime on the times wr 30m, simply press (in any mode, i just use the regular clock mode) the start/stop button (top right hand button) once (for about half a second).
  if you don't hear anything, you've turned off the hourly chime!  if you hear two short beeps, you've turned on the hourly chime.    turning the chime off/on is cyclic.  if you press once and hear nothing, it's off.  if you press again, you'll hear two beeps and the hourly chime is now on.    a lot of times that button hits my wrist (i wear it on my left hand) by accident, and that's how the chime turns on and off.  i hope this helps someone.
