Question about Microsoft Wireless Laser Desktop 4000 Keyboard/Mouse
Microsoft wireless mouse works but the Microsoft wireless laser 5000 keyboard does not connect. New batteries OK: green light comes on. Connect button on base tried but to no effect.
Press connect on the wireless device...let go and then within 5 seconds press the button on the bottom of the keyboard. Repeat the same steps for the mouse whther its working or not. The problem usually is that the keyboard and mouse are on the same "Wireless Channel" and only resyncing them puts them on a seperate channel, hope this helps.
