Toshiba satellite pro m15 hard drive failure

Do you have a COA on your computer, If so call toshiba and ask if they can send you a new OS disk, They may send you one for free, Or they might want to charge you too. I don't know the situation, If you bought it new or used, usually if you bought it new from toshiba if you tell them you didn't get the disk with the PC they may send you one, If not, see if a friend may have one but make sure its the same as the COA or it won't let u install unless you have the code on the certificate of authenticity.
