Some times just jigle handle rapidly on and off detach pull down faucet from hose chec for clogs or debrie on screen, try for water with still detached. Turn valves to off position under the sink, then turn them on slowly to see if they are working. if so witch is very likely, try to blow back through the faucet hose with the handle on, to try and break up the clog.

Philco/Eletrolux upright freezer error code 5

E5 Error code indicates that the water collection tank is full. To drain the water collection tank completely, leave the bottom drain cap off long enough to allow any residual water to drain out. Once the water tank is completely drained and no more water flows out, reinstall the cap

I have the Gentle Annie GW52 top loader. The machine takes over 45mins to add water and 2hrs to complete one small load.

check flow from the supply tap ( washer expanded and blocking water flow )
check gauze filter at hose end at machine
check water solenoid for full flow ( diaphragm stopping full flow)

Roca dual push button Toilet will only flush when holding the push button continuously down until the cistern is empty. It won't completely flush like it should when pressing the button once.

allow tank to fill a little more by adjusting fill valve. When there's not enough water flowing from tank the stopper can over-power the water flow and cause the flush to stop by re-sealing.

Nope, found out that the water turn off valve did not completely stop water because that also needed to be replaced. torched off the faust, but couldn't solder the new one back on because of the water...

Next time turn the water off at the water meter,if possible. One trick to stop the water flow is to take a slice of bread ,and jam it into the pipe, and do your solder job the bread will disintegrate after a short time.

After I vacuum the pool, backwash it and then turn the filter system back on it blows in a lot of green water back into the pool. What should I do?

1st Green water is algee. Kill the algee in the pool. 2nd when you're finished backwashing the filter. Stop pump and move valve handle to rinse position. Then restart pump. Run in rinse mode until glass is clear. Then stop pump again, and move lever to filter position. When you're backwashing, you're reversing the flow of the water through the filter. When you switch directly back to filter, anything left loose in the filter flows back to the pool. When you select rinse, it reverses the flow back to normal, but keeps the water going to the waste outlet until clear, that way that green puff of water will go out the drain. Water quits flowing

There is a little popper in the spout area. You need to remove the top handle and slide the spout off. The popper is in the main tube coming up. It.s a standard part at most big box hardware stores and it costs less than $10.
