There is a sensor that is either knocked out of position or broken. It is not that difficult to take apart if you are a bit handy. First remove the covers and then remove the top cover.
Try hard reset by turning off machine while it is turned on and pulling the plug. Then press and hold power button for minute or so. replug machine and turn on. If no result try software reinstall and after that you can always contact Panasonic for a hidden code to reset unit to factory defaults.
What problem? Need more info! On the Panasonic brand, you input the IP address through the "function" mode- "general" settings... go to last menu item "key operator" the code should be 3 or 4 zeros. Then go to the IP address item and enetr in the IP adress. Now you MUST TURN THE MACHINE OFF AND BACK ON TO LOCK IN THE IP ADDRESS! Go back into general setting and "print general settings" to see if it's still the same address.
