If the bottom of your N73 is getting hot soon, it means that your Power IC catchs more Voltage than it nees so, the problem comes from your Power IC, and you have to change it!
You can't do that on your own, coz you need an special heater in order to lock off the power IC and change it. Just bring it to an EXPERT technician!!!
Another problem which will occure after this problem is that your charging IC would be deactivated and you have to change it too!!
Again, take care about microphone IC as it is similar and near to your Power IC!! This would disable your hands-free and microphone!

How yo flash nokia n73 china edition
No. shah has probably a standard edition... crack and flash it to a music edition (tricky, but if someone did this before he can do it many more times, look for someone who can, and can proof it).
This will help out a lot of problems... Also check weekly for new updates :)
I had the same issue, and after i did this it is super stable!
It might be the battery so you check it.
Second the firmware of the phone might be corrupt so you can visit nokia service center to upgrade/reprogram the firmware.
