If u r using nokia then switch off the phone press and hold * 3 and green key simltenosly ..while holding turn on ur phone.... it will bring back ur phone settings to default

1. go to security
2. then go to change unlock code
3.you will be asked to enter the old unlock code
4. press menu then enter your security code
