Since installing my printer I have a error code of 3610 and 3501

I recently bought a Easy Share 5300 All in one printer and it has came up with 2 errors Code 3610 and Code 3501. Please help me in this matter

    How can you update the firmware if the printer will not connect?

    The error codes I get are 3501 and 3802

Go to the Kodak.com website and follow their prompts to reach Customer Support for the AiO Printer(s).
Had similar issues with mine and they resolved my problem overnite by sending me a replacement part.

Printer error code "3501" occurs right before a print job. A flashing screen will tell you that the printer cannot print due to error code "3501". These error codes are generally experienced when you use diagnostic sheet to print and change the ink over them. This error code could also indicate that buffer length of a print was not valid.

Kodak Easy Share 5300 Printer error Error code 6203

Error code "6203" can be resolved as follows:
First, you need to open the access door of the printer and disconnect the power adapter from it.
You then need to wait for at least 30 seconds for the printer to get reset.
As a next step, you can connect the power adapter back to the printer.
You can turn on the printer, if required. Once the printer gets powered up, a message "Printer access door open" gets displayed.
Once this message gets popped up you can close the access door of the printer. get more help for Printer Error Code 6203

My kodak easy share 5300 has printing issues. I

Try this one, Turn on the printer, Take out the inks, remove the printhead, put back the printhead make sure it will snap and you hear a click, put the inks back, wait for the printer to initialize, Press the Menu button, look for Calibrate printer, then print calibration page, then scan it after. Load a regular paper. Then try to print a demo page by pressing Photo and Copy at the same for 5 seconds then let it go. If same problem persist call this no for further assistance 1800 421 6699

Your printhead has failed. Call kodak for a new one. They are aware of the problem.

You need to update your Kodak Easy Share and your printer drivers or try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers .

The reason you are facing the problem is because the present drivers are not compatible with Publisher
