Switch off, put in spin/drain cycle and switch back on; check water is fully drained and then check filter. If not all drained, lower hose to ground level and drain to a bowl.
What you need to do is check the pump is getting a feed to it
Select a spin cycle, and with a test meter, test for voltage across the pump terminals, if you are getting a feed, and the pump is working ok, then you obviously have a blockage beyond the pump.
If no voltage then could be a broken wire, or a faulty programmer/board. ONLY CHECK FOR VOLTAGE IF YOU ARE COMPETENT TO DO SO, as it takes no prisoners. Hope this helps.
yes.dose it drain, see it must drain before it can spinso if water is standing in it it wont spin and that would mean your pump is ither blocked or reciving power but not working.
Turn the dryer dial to off, making sure you can hear it click off, wait 1 min, and then try door. If it will still not open then you may have faulty door lock, or a prob with the door handle.
Plz rate my solution.
Thanks.
