Feature 983 showed inactive feature. Reset flash card and reentered bail boxes. Now when callers call in they are unable to enter an extension to reach the employee or the voice box for this extension. Any ideas???
Does feature 983 still show as an inactive feature? You need to reinitialize the feature codes if the system was reset.
Please post what is currently happening.
You have to assign lines to the Auto Attendant. It really depends on how the system was configured. I would consult a pro, as your assistance is a little more indepth than can be accomplished over a forum.
If you are familiar with system programming, for both the phone system and the voicemail, MAYBE....Let me know.
