I have a Philips DLP TV and I found a crack on the screen, but can't feel the crack it seems to be on the inside of the screen. Can the screen be fixed or is the screen be replaced
This screen has multiple layers of plastic before you get to the main screen, if the picture isnt affected, you've only cracked oneof the plastic pieces, these are cheap to replace

The screen panel is crack or broken, the tv is not worth fixing.Because any LCD,Plasma,DLP tvs panel screens crack or broken will cost the same as a new tv to replaced the screen panel's.Sorry ur tv now,not worth as a whole tv anymore. Now only worth as a salvage tv for electronic boards for parts, that it.
Well if it is DLP TV then crack/ pop sound was broken lamp in TV and if its another kind of TV as you did not mention its model and brand then have to check accordingly.
This is a known problem with Philips. If you keep on them they will work with you. Another option is call a repair shop in your area and see if they can help you out. Sometimes a repair shop will help out if you allow them to do the service if they are able to get Philips to pay for the repair.
Good Luck
it's hard not seeing the 'crack' but basically a real crack will allow the (plasma) gas to escape. if that happens just forget it and buy a new one if out of warranty.
if it really seems as tho there is a crack in the glass, I would just enjoy it while you can, and try not to ever move the TV as it may totally go at that point.
if under warranty get a tech out to the house before it expires. make them come out in this case rather than bring it in for the aforementioned reason.
You have a cracked panel and the gasses inside have escaped. The buzzing noize you are hearing the the current flowing throught the panel. It will be cheaper buying a new TV than buying a replacement panel. But if u wanna check out the price look up your model on parts.com
You will need to get the screen from here:http://www.samsungparts.com/part_detail.asp?catalog%5Fname=Parts+and+Accessories&product%5Fid=BP67%2D00261A&search%5Fmodel=HLS5086W You should also get the service manual for this TV set, as that will show you how to disassemble the TV set. Good Luck
LCD screens are monolithic (one piece) components. They cannot be repaired, they can be replaced. One site I found for replacement info is http://www.screentekinc.com, they even have DIY info if you are so inclined. There are many other sites; do a search on "lcd repair"
