Hello, Try resetting the MP3 Player. Turn it on, connect to your computer, press and hold the play button for 10 seconds and disconnect from your computer. wait 5 seconds and connect back to your computer. When charging always leave the MP3 player in the on position.

there are two ways you can download music onto your mp3
you can go to your my computer icon on your desktop and go to the mp3 player file then you can open up a new window and go to where all ur music is and drag and drop the music from one folder to the other so that you will have your music or
you can go to your windows media player and go to sync and choose the music files you want on your device and then press sync when you are all finished finding all of the music you want onto your mp3
hope this helps you and if you have any other questions just ask
Read. The. Manual. I'm sorry if this sounds rude, but it really should go without saying. If you've lost the manual, Look for it at the Manufacturer's Website.
But essentially (and generically): To turn on: Press (and maybe hold down) Power Button (sometimes play button) until turns on. Ditto to turn off. To Charge: Plug it into the Computer (Make sure the computer is on). To sync Music. Plug it into the side of the computer, open WMP. Look for device in Library. Drag songs/playlist across.
And in future. Read. The. Manual. Thank You.
Hello,
That usually happens when you are using Windows Media Player to
download music. WIndows Media downloads music into folders either by
artist or the title of the CD. Your best bet will be to start over.
Connect your MP3 player to your computer, if Windows Media opens close
it. Go to My computer and click on MP3 player or Removable disk. It
should say Internal storage. Right click on internal storage and select
format. This will erase all your files in the MP3 player so please make
sure you have copies of this files. After you are done formatting. Open
Internal storage and leave the window open, it should be empty. Go to
start, search, picture, music or video, check the music box and click
search. All your music files should appear when is done searching, just
click and drag one song at a time. into the the internal storage
window. Remember do not use folders just click and drag one song at
time. This should take care of your problem. If you still have any
questions. Please contact Audiophase at 818-767-2843 ext 117
Connect your mp3 player to the computer with the USB cable provided.
Install the software provided or use a program to synchronize it [Eg, Windows Media Player]
If WMP does not work and you do not get sofware with it simply, Open My Computer, Look for your mp3player's file "Audiophase-something", Open this folder.
Keep this folder open and open the folder where you music is stored.
If you do not have music on the computer yet, rip music to it using WMP or download some using Ares or Limewire.
Now that you have both windows open, drag the music to the music folder of your mp3player.
your computer has its own personal i-tunes for your i-pod and all your music is saved to that computer so if you plug your i-pod into someone elses computer it will eighther sync all thier music to your i-pod or it will erase all the music on your i-pod they dont have on thier computer...my sujjestion is to buy a plug in to the wall charger for your i-pod if your barely home to charge it. that way you keep your music yet charge your i-pod to.
One thing that I have found that works is that you slide the switch to the "ON" position, but don't press play to turn it on all the way. Do this BEFORE plugging it into your computer. I have had the mp3 player fro a year or two and I have charged it about 15-20 times.
Ok for the KZ111 and KZ100 audiophase. turn the mp3 player on. then plug it into the computer. the
player will start charging. Go to windows explorer or my computer and you will see it listed as a hard drive. Create a folder called music. you can then drag and drop mp3 files into the music folder. As for charging the battery
my Motorola V170 cell phone has a usb charger. I use it to charge my mp3 player takes about 20 minutes. and the charger in my car for the phone works too. Hope this helps.
About the charging - you have to plug it in and then turn it on to make it charge. The user manual comes on a small disk with the device. It is extremely unhelpful, as it contains almost the same info as the package insert for quickstarting. The only thing that was useful in the manual was this :
