Brand new player just put some music on and now it says not enough space for music DB free 4 mb Then i deleted all the songs and it still wont work and now it says ther is no spave on the MP3 at all
Wait a little then turn it on again it should work
Help!
Well plug it into the computer right click on the sansa clip and format it if it wont start then restart it by holding powre for about 10 seconds or so. then try to turn it on...if the thing still wont work download jet audio.(http://www.download.com/JetAudio-Basic/3000-2167_4-10783427.html?tag=lst-1)
and once thats done. you should take all your music on the mp3 and put it onto the desktop in a folder named MUSIC then highlight all the music right click should say somthing about jet audio and edit tag with jet audio then delete Tags....i know this will be the crppiest thing to do cause you have to fill in all the info. this also fixes the frozen refreshing database thing. hope it works
