Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000
Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.

You may try default phone and security code to remove restrictions.

If you forgot or do not know the reset code for your LG Vu here is the way to do it. Works, just did it to mine.

To do a factory reset with your LG Vu cell phone, you must enter the Test Menu, the instructions are below.LG Phone Problem and solution

1. Dial 277634#*# on the keypad to access the Test Menu
2. Select Factory Reset
3. Select Yes
4. After the factory reset is complete, you must restart your phone for it to take full effect.

your security code is probably just four zeros

As far as I know, there is no master code. Have you checked with LG or Verizon?

0000 is the default code.

Main Menu/Settings Tab/More/Security/Lock Handset/When Power On. Then go back to security/change codes/security code/current code is 0000/change code

go to the menu then the setting menu then tap more and hit the security menu and a list should appear. at the bottom should change codes and tap that and then security code pin 1 and pin 2 should appear. jjust tap security code and enter the code you want it should set it to that code.
