I received 3 casio wave cepter watches but no operating manuells for modeel #2735,4304and 3554. please advice waht i shuould do regards josef pinkitz

Yes, it is likely battery is weak.

Take it to a watch repair shop to be replaced, and do not forget to instruct them to reset the watch after battery exchange. Otherwise it will not work properly.
