Please help! My samsung 7kg J845 front loader keeps flashing UE on the error code (spin cycle) and I can't open the door. Sarah

UE = unbalanced error. Could be broken spring.

The UE error code (Unbalanced Error) displays when you wash items that cause the machine to shake badly during the spin cycle, if possible wash and drain the items only, then open the door and stack the items evenly on both sides of the drum in order to balance it, now select the spin cycle.

This is an imbalance error code. Too small of a load will cause this error code.
-Check and rebalance the load
-Make sure Washing Machine is level
-Redistribute the load evenly

Try unplugging unit and plug back in, then try running cycle this should unlock door.

Probably the pump filter is blocked.Make sure the machine is empty...Access filter via small door at floor level. Unscrew the filter cap, and clean filter. check that there isn't a coin stopping the impeller vanes. ...When you take the cap off, any water left in machine will flow out!! De means door error and the door lock needs replacing. the part number is DC64-00519B if your model number ends with AAG

Just bang the door again until the error goes away. The door is not lined up and won't latch properly. At least that is what ours does. I usually slam the door on my machine.
