Hi, sounds to me like you have got it connected to your amp via an aux or cd input. Turntables need to be connected via phono input. If no phono input is available you need to run it through a mixer or preamp first then into your amp. I recommend you get a good quality preamp with RIAA EQ curve included. I have designed and built our own Styluscity branded preamp. There are cheaper options on the market however when it comes to audio products quality is very much relevant to cost. Cheers john. Was having a problem with the volume being too low, bought samsung surround sound system with speakers, still too low. Play a cd on the surround sound system, and it is plenty loud, but when watching TV...

Hi Lbirnel,

Your TV is not producing enough sound and so even the surround sound system is not able to do much.

Sometimes the software in the set gets corrupt and the sound goes low. Someone who can open the service menu and can check/correct the settings if this the case.

Secondally, the sound section on the main board is not producing enough sound due to aged or failed components. Again an experienced TV Tech can do the job.

If these two things are not possible, simply change the main board and enjoy watching your TV with good sound.

I hope it helps.

Good Luck.

The sound is too high even if i put it low

There could be a few problems,

Q1. The audio track you are playing is a loud one.

A1. Does the music play loud anywhere else, Like, On your PC? If it does, There you go.

Q2. Do all the songs play loud? If so, It may be broken.

2A. So far as I know, There isn't a repair site for it, I may be wrong, But, Maybe not. Sorry.

Hope I could help, Good luck.

The sound on the device is too low!

Often it is to do with the kind of sound that is being outputted by the DVD player. If the sound for example is set to produce dolby 5.1 and you don't have a suitable decoder it will be very low.
Check the sound settings of both your DVD player and sound system.

Sound

Connect the projector to an external amplifier and speakers.
The speaker system built in is designed for watching movies etc in a small quiet room.

Hope that helps =)

K750i low volume in the playback ,please give me a solution

Well... The speaker is ok and if you're using the headset it should be loud enough for you. If you want it to be louder just use earphones/headphones that are sound isolating to block out ambiant noise. The hpm-70 can kinda do that because they go in in your as opposed to sitting on the outside of your ear. The earpiece volume is really loud. I found it hard to hear to people in some places.

Good Luck

"cracking" noise

Your subwoofer is not capable of playing as loud as you want it to. That sound is the woofer reaching its limit. If you have any bass tone setting on your receiver set them to flat. If there are any other bass settings i.e contour, loudness boost etc turn them off. You can also try putting the woofer into a corner. This will increase the output. Closer to you would also be louder. Otherwise you need a sub with more output. Don't let the power rating fool you when you get a new one.
