Did you check to see if the saw has a locking nut on the front of the bevel gauge handle? Its possible you just locked it into position and forgot to unlock.
What you call temperature swing, is hysteresis. For a refrigerator it only is allowed a few degrees. 1 or 2 up and down. A swing from 32 to 45 is far to big. Unless the factory can prove they advertise these figures. I would never buy a frig like that.
I would contact the dealer and ask him / her to replace the thermostat and if that is not possible to bring another refrigerator.
The answer to this is 45 degrees and 15'
i.e. forty five degrees and 15 minutes.
Each degree is split into 60 minutes. So that 15' would be 15/60 degrees. that means 225 degrees and 15' is equal to 225.25 degrees.
The reference angle is given by = 225.25 - 180 degrees which is equal to 45.25 degrees.
This is in fact 45 degrees and 15'.

There is an adjustment under the table top. It usually is a bolt with a lock nut that allows you to adjust the table to a predetermined angle every time. You can adjust the amount that the table will go by unlocking the lock nut and then turning the bolt the correct direction allowing the table to come to a full 90 degrees. Once you have the table a 90 degrees lock the bolt down with the lock nut. This will aloow you to change the tilt of the table to something other than 90 degrees and then come back to the 90 degrees by turning the adjusting wheel until it bottoms out against the locked doen adjusting bolt.
It's most likely a piece of debris in your flapper of your automatic pool cleaner. Debris may prevent flapper movement or restrict flow. You might also want to check for proper hose balance. The hose should stay at a 45 degree angle to the pool floor. If it is greater than a fourty five degree angle, the hose is too light. Move the weights closer to cleaner, or move the first two weights closer to each other. If it is less than a 45 degree angle, move the weights away from cleaner, or separate the first two weights away from each other.
The fence may be getting in the way of the arm when you adjust the trunion assembly fully to one side or the other for bevel cutting. Adjusting the fence all the way out away from the trunion assy. should allow full 45deg adjustment. If this is not the case, it could be--even though its only slightly used--that there is sawdust built up enough in the housing to keep the arm from fully adjusting.
While the latch COULD indeed be faulty, it generally should always be tightened/locked so that the trunion assy. is fimly "locked" before cutting as this is designed to keep the saw from shifting mid cut, causing binding, uneven cuts, broken blades, seized bearings, etc.
