On the track click on the screen at the top left under the timelinethere is a symbol of two arrows in a circle by touching the symbol you change whether a track is repeated or not

Testimonial: "Good advice. Had to really look for that symbol. I Know it was under the timeline, but still hard to see. Anyway, it worked and thanks."

My Ipod Nano keeps playing the same song over and over.

1. Play the song.
2. On the Now Playing screen, you will see play and volume controls at the bottom of the screen. At the top is track information. Under the album title is a scrubbing bar that indicates the time remaining in the song.
3. A small icon that looks like two circular arrows is on the left side below the scrubbing bar. Tap this icon once to repeat the album. The icon will turn blue when repeat is activated.
4. Tap the icon again to repeat the current song. The icon will change to show the number 1 inside a blue circle.
5. Touch the icon a third time to cancel any repeat. The icon will turn white when it's deactivated.

My iPod touch keeps playing the same song over all the time i cant get it to play an album. every time i put an album on it just plays the first song over and over .My iPod touch is an 8GB.Apple

it may be that you have the repeat option turned on and dont know it. try going into options or where ever the repeat option is located and switch it off. you also might want to try and select a different song in the album to see if the repeat is on. hope this helps

When my iTouch is in suffle mode it plays the same song untill i manually change it. i reset all the settings and it works great for a while but eventually it goes back to repeating the songs again. is...

when you are playing music, look at the top of the screen holding the iTouch vertically. (longer end up and down) Now look towards the upper part of the screen and you will on the right side two arrows criss crossing, this is the shuffle, and on the left side of that you will an arrow circling itself. Touch the arrow that circles itself until it's white, which means that the repeat feature is turned off. If it's blue, the repeat is on and is the cause of your issues. Let me know.
