Remove the screen and screw. The screen might be blocked with coffee, if not then remove the 2 allen wrench bolts, careful not to lose the spring and valve seat that comes out, then try running the head, if water flows reassemble and you are back in business. Check pic below for help;
First check the end of the steam wand to make sure that it is not blocked. If it is clear then the pump should prime.
Second remove the screen and screw in the group and make sure that it is clean, then without the screen try pressing the brew button to see if water will flow.
The only thing that comes to mind is that the machine is in steam/hot water mode. Unless you replace the switch and turn off the steam light so that it sends the water to the correct location. Also you might want to remove the shower screen and make sure it is clean.
Try this remove the portafilter, then press the button for brewing coffee and then turn on the machine, if both hoses are in the water reservoir, then water should flow out of the head after a few seconds.
Two questions; is the water coming out of the head without coffee hot and can you get steam out of the wand?. If yes to both then try running the group with the portafilter in it to warm that up before making a coffee.
