Had to Download wondershare video converter and make my .moi files Quicktime friendy and into .mov files. Finally works and Got all my videos on my MAC now.

you will have to down load a driver for your camcorder or the computer will not recognise it . Make sure that the programs is compatible with the unit.
If you have X P you install a firewire in your p.c.hook up camera switch to play then open moviemaker the p.c.will recognise the camera moviemaker is better than j.v.c. software.
