not sure on model number but I assume you mean the big honking dough mixer found in nearly every pizza restaurant. I would be that with a good cleaning you would be good to go, that said, I would pay careful attention when you 1st start it up to see if it needs to be lubricated. (listen for squeaks or other sounds that may indicate a problem). otherwise they are pretty sound machines, (having no recollection of ever having to track down a repair man for one in 10 years in the restaurant business) so two years of storage shouldn't do it any real harm.
Now if you have just purchased this item, I would tell you to ignore everything I just said, find a Hobart certified repair-men and verify that it is functioning in at least as good of a capacity as the seller claims.
