I'm not familiar with Reason 5, but many midi track recorders need each instrument assigned to different midi chanels to be heard back. Check the manual in how to assign the midi tracks. Also, the playback has to be through a unit that is multi timbrel capable. Good luck!
I'd say the click track starts from exactly when you hit play even if you've hit play not right on the beat. There might be a setting or preference that can fix this.
Try rewinding back to be right on the beat and see if it syncs with the click
For the drums to take effect you have to master the track before converting. The manual explains how to do this. Push "exit" and "utility" at the same time twice, then "play" and "record" (to start the recording of course).
They have to be recorded on SEPERATE tracks if you want to keep them seperate. It will be hard to do this live as if you mic acoustics you will still get some cross feed in the mics from the different percussions.
With an electronic drum set it may be even harder as they often only have a single mixed output.
The way the professionals would do this is to play the kick and record it on a track... and then play that track back and record the snare and hat each seperately on other tracks.
Once you have synced tracks of the parts, then you can mix anyway you want.
With electronic drums you COULD have two seperate modules to give you two seperate outputs, but that is a budget breaker.
If you turn the power off between uses you will LIKELY have to resync the tracks. I doubt the unit remembers anything about sync to canned drum patterns once you turn the power off.
First of all, it would be better for you to pan the tracks, and bounce into 2 tracks for stereo separation.
Your "static" may stem from three pausible causes.
One, four tracks into mono may make your output a little muddy.
Two, watch the reverb - if you keep applying reverb after each bounce, it starts to sound bad.
Three, if you have drums/rhythm, turn it off while bouncing. Only have drums on when mastering, because they will keep getting re-recorded during bouncing.

If you are sequencing midi tracks you can imbed the patch change in the track and the midi channel assignment and when the sequence plays the info will be sent to the keyboard. Do you have it set to receive Omni?
