Why does my pressure hose burst when I use a turbo nozzle

Turbo heads are pressure rated for different pressure washers, your turbo head is most likely rated bellow the maximum pressure of your washer which in turn causes a pressure build up in the hose and it's eventual failure.

On the back of the turbo nozzle are four tiny wheels - one of the wheels has broken off (can't find).

I hate to tell you this but parts for the turbo are not availible. You will have to replace the turbo nozzle.Last I heard they were very expensive.Like $180 . www.sewvac.com

My turbo wand for my bosch pressure cleaner is not working properly, it only sprays in a straight stream instead of going in a circular motion as usual how do I fix it.

That nozzle actually rotates by water pressure. This allows the 0 degree nozzle (which has the most pressure) to rotate and therefore make a larger pattern. The rotating mechanism is not turning. Most likely it is corroded. If you're handy you might be able to disassemble it and clean it. If not that try soaking in something like CLR to clean it.

Nozzle does not spin

Sounds like you may have some dirt inside your turbo nozzle.

Can't unscrew nozzle from hose what do I do to loosen?

I used a vise and pipe wrench to loosen. Have to be careful with the vise that you don't over tighten it and damage the hose fitting. When replacing the nozzle, lube the threads with non-water soluble grease.

I cant figure out how to repair my turbo nozzle how do you take apart the nozzle.

Most commonly, debris gets plugged internally in the nozzle holes. Using a small pick from the outside, with the nozzle removed from the wand (it is threaded on), you can try to dislodge debris caught in the nozzle holes.
