Usually answered in minutes!
When I turn on my xbox it comes up with a screen that says contact your support at www.com/support in several languages then at the bottom it has an error code of E64. Allso I cannot get the disk out of the xbox it will not open. I have checked all of the cables and they are all attached.

would you like to fix it yourself ? Or have a shop repair it for you? also check to see if it covered by Microsoft warranty.
