Well useally we use are arrow keeys to scroll down the pages online, but now there not working and every time we click someone where on our screen it shows a curser down the side of the page?

usually screens will scroll like that if you have accidentally pushed down on the middle mouse button - you will see a circle with a double ended arrow in it. Moving the mouse in any direction will make the page scroll up or down indefinitely until you deactivate the scroll or move your mouse to the centre of the screen where page stops scrolling but is still active.

Go to Netflix.com and log in as usual, Click on Help up at the top right corner of the Home page--the new page shows a smiley face logo with a drop down arrow next to it, the HELP link is on that drop down menu. Go to the Netflix Help Center and scroll down to Common Actions, underneath it offers the link to "Cancel Account". depends on the browser...but generally, when you launch the app, it is SUPPOSED to be the same size and shape it was when you last closed it.

if you do not want to maximize it to fit the entire window, then move the mouse pointer to the edge-line you wish to expand, when the pointer changes to a double-arrow, left-click and drag the border to the new position you wish and release.

Hi Lois, I have downloaded an instruction manual successfully from the Pfaff website, and it was over 200 page PDF document but I can't see a "Volume 2" there.

its a bit unfriendly as as page but this is what I did, click on "manuals home" and got a list of all the models, then scrolled down until I could see 'creative 7570'. Beside this is a blue arrow, click the arrow, the page will refresh, and this time should have "English" listed below the blue arrow, now click this arrow and the page will again refresh this time with "owners manual" in blue text, click this and the pdf file should start to download to your screen. Once its fully visible, use the clipbooard icon at the top of the screen to save this file to a location on your PC so you can access it again, print it out and view the pages at your leisure.

If that doesn't help click little arrows in the corner of the screen to get to the next page or use the arrow keys to scroll to the end of each row.

When using your browse, (browsers do not have scroll bars). You can get fro link to link, using the arrows at the top of your browser page.

Also, you can use the space bar to move down the page, or hold the left click button and use your touch pad to move around the page.

This is normal.
When you press the down arrow, the page (screen) scrolls down the page.
When you press the up arrow, the page (screen) scrolls up the page.

If you can't see any arrows to scroll with, press the ctrl key and tap the minus key. That will make the the page smaller so you can see if there are scroll bars.

Also, click anywhere on the page to make sure it is active and hit the down/up arrow keys, the page should roll down/up.

There are almost always roller buttons on the mouse you use that should also make the page scroll. Look in the middle of your mouse for a little wheel. Mice aren't all the same, so it may take some inspection. Thanks for using fixya.

Here are 2 ways of changing that. I changed mine to Portugese once. Had a heck of a time figuring out what the menu said LOL. Both proceses will change it back. To change the language used for the text on the front panel:

1. On the front panel, with Menus highlighted, press the OK key.
   
2. Scroll to the Printer Setup Menu by pressing the Up Arrow or Down Arrow key.
   
3. Press the OK key.
   
4. Scroll to Set Front Panel Language by pressing the Up Arrow or Down Arrow key.
   
5. Press the OK key.
   
6. Scroll to the desired language by pressing the Up Arrow or Down Arrow key.
   
7. Press the OK key to save the selected setting

This is how you change it via your computer.

1. Open a web browser on your pc.
   
2. Type the IP address of the printer into the address area and press return.
   
3. Select the Properties tab when the page is done loading.
   
4. Look in the left hand column for the + General folder.
   
5. Click on the + one time to open the folder.
   
6. Under the general folder you will see a subfolder named Printer Defaults.
   
7. Click on the Printer Defaults folder one time and you will see a new column open on the right side of the page named Printer Defaults.
   
8. In the first box, User Preferences, you will see a header for; Set front panel language with the default setting.
   
9. Click on the down arrow and a list of different languages will open.
   
10. Select the desired language.
    
11. Scroll down the page and under the last box you will see two tabs named Save Changes and Discard Changes.
    
12. Select Save Changes one time.
    
13. Once you have pressed Save Changes you should get a box that opens up and states; Request Acknowledged; No errors were reported.
    
14. Look at the front panel of the printer and the language should be changed to the language you selected above.

Follow these instructions to the "T". On step 13 use factory on the right menu block instead of the left.
The procedure resets your monitor to factory setting on the boards an eeprom. It may or may not work if you have a bad component.
1. Using the Volume button (Remote or Monitor) turn the volume all the way down.
2. Hold the Menu button on the Monitor.
3. Press the Menu button on the Remote.
4. Press and hold the Volume button on the remote for 5 seconds and then release the Menu button on the Monitor. After this step the date will appear on the left side of the screen within 10 seconds.
5. Click the Menu button on the remote.
6. Click the Left Arrow button on the remote.
7. By using the Down Arrow button, scroll to Settings and then click the Left Arrow button.
8. Highlight "Eepreset" and click the Left Arrow button. (The monitor will turn off at this time)
9. Push the Power button on the remote, the unit will turn back on.
10. Click the Menu button on the remote.
11. Click the Left Arrow button on the remote.
12. By using the Down Arrow button, scroll to Settings and then click the Left Arrow button.
13. Highlight Factory and click on the Left Arrow button to select "Off"
14. Click Menu on the remote.
15. Click Menu on the remote.
