Check your monitor's connection, its power and VGA connection to cpu, the cpu may be good but you just see black screen bec. your monitor remained off. please bring it to HP service center for more help

if it is starting to flicker green and blue that is a good sign that it could be going out. had a tv just like yours that started just flickering blue. about a month later it stopped working.
To help stop the popping replace the copper head o-rings and muffler to head pipe seals. Backfiring is typically caused by air leaking into the exhaust and igniting unburned gasses. Flickering lights indicate bad wire connections/grounds. Honda grounds the turn signals through the green wires. You will probably have to take off the seat and open up the headlight bucket. Try unplugging and replugging the orange,blue, and green wires going to all four turn signals. This should take poor contact and grounding out of the equation and sort out your flickering lights. Also go to the fuse box and take out the fuses one at a time and reinstall them. Make sure that the end caps of the fuses are not loose, if so, replace the fuse. Broken ar cracked fuses on older bikes can cause head scratching problems where there aren't any. Make sure that all your turn signals are grounded through the green wires.
Try resetting your headset by pressing power key and volume up key, until the LED flickers in different seqence. after a while try connecting with your device. it should work.
In use or In stand by mode the blue light will flicker. It is a external signal on your computer that indicates that there are processes running on your computer harddrive.
IF YOU HAVE A RA 6 CHASSI THE TUBES RUN HOT ANOID CATHOD SHORT IF YOU TAP ON THE NECK OF THE TUBES AND GOES TO SOLID COLOR THEN SHUTS OFF YOU HAVE TO REPLACE THAT TUBE ALL 3 TUBES WILL HAVE THIS PROBLEM
Check the VU connector between the deflection and signal boards on the foil side for ring cracked connections... Pin 13 is blue and I think 12 is green... If cracked simply reflow some solder on each pin and re-assemble.
