I work for AT&T and have seen this problem on a few BlackJack II's. The way to fix it is to do a master reset on the phone. This will allow it to play again...BE SURE TO BACK UP YOUR CONTACTS AND FILES BECAUSE THESE WILL BE DELETED!! Other than that, it will fix your problems!

I think you need to download a 3gp software which runs 3gp extension videos. search for media player classic and download it, it will solve your problem.

I would recommend hard reseting it. That should reinstall any standard programs, files, and applications. Good Luck!

Have you tried a soft reset? With the phone on, remove the battery...put the battery back, restart the phone and see if that corrects your problem.

if you are worried about losing everything on your phone just sync it up with your computer and it will save all your contacts and pictures/music so after the reset you can put them back on your phone.

What format are the itunes songs in? The Blackjack II will read WMA, MP3, and a few others but not itunes format.
