Go to 'Run' and open 'cmd'
· Type 'netsh' in command console then press enter
· Then type 'winsock' and press enter and then type reset
· Restart Your PC

· Find the Key :
· Name: EnableDCO and set
· Data: N
· Restart Your PC
· Problem Is Solve

It is a registry error. Run a registry cleaner to fix the error. Firefox creates registry key it may be error in registry key. May be dll is missing so you can run registry cleaner reginout cleaner to solve it.

try removing the internal battery from the phone for a couple of minutes then reinsert battery and turn phone on...

Try pressing the menu button to make sure the screen has not timed out.

Are you able to go windows safe mode if yes ... Start > Run > Msconfig > Ok

in the general tab you have option to seleect Normal Start up > Click on apply and ok and restart yiur computer that should work

it seems the sudden loss of power fried the screen...or it could be the video card that might have downed.  always try to use keyboard combos like crtrl+alt+del or alt F4 before resorting to such violent measures :( 

Try Safe mode, disable display adapter and restart. See if this helped.

I have a solution. Call at&t. they will send you a new one. I have had my phone for 5 months and it happened to me also. There's a warranty on the phone itself that covers it from the day "you" started using it. I bought mine from a friend. Cool!! It should be here in 5 days free shipping.

have the firmware reflash on the phone
