It can be one of two things... It may be the drum needs to be replaced or it could be the fixinf film is ripped and damaged. It maybe the transfer unit or the developing unit?
Did you need to connect the machine for printing? Sounds like you have installed an incorrect driver. You can go to canonusa.com and find the correct driver. Make sure you specify for the correct machine.
