WHERE IS THE WASTE BUCKET ON PRINTER KONICA 4690MF

If it physically doesn't go through, try to push a heavy stock card or decent thick laminated paper and try to feed it through. There maybe a mylar (plastic sheet) flipped backwards or a piece of debree stuck in paper path of your Document Feeder. This may resolve 80% of issue.
The rest could be broken sensor flag (actuator) or dirty sensor that is not reading the paper passage (or it the sensor is faulty all together)
The amount of staples, paper clips, Bluetag and other junk I pulled from ADF over the years..Bucket loads :)

Check the sensor for tray #2. Another remove the tray #2 check for broken acturator and or broken tabs that go into the machine to indicate the printer draw two is closed. Lift the printer off tray two use just one and bypass does that work eliminates the circuit board of the machine.

ARE YOU USING GENERIC TONERS? IF YOU ARE THAN YOUR GONNA HAVE TO USE ALL GENERIC NO MIXED TONERS.

Can you get it to print a "stand-alone-self-test" page? That page should list the capabilities and serial-number.

You use the USB port on the rear of the unit. Then install the printer drivers, see chapter 4 in the manual:
