What to do if you cannot make call on your phone.

Before you even start trouble shooting ask yourself whether your phone may be barred from the network if it is stolen or the account holder did not pay their bill....If this is not the case then ensure that your phone is powered on. Hold the power button down for a full 3 seconds. (The power button is often located on the top of your phone. Please refer to your user guide for the location of the power button for your specific phone). Confirm that your service is active. If you are unsure, contact your service provider.
Check that you have sufficient network signal strength. When you are at the start screen or in a call, the strength of the radio signal is indicated by the signal indicators on the left side of your phone's display. These indicators move up as the strength of the signal increases and down as the signal decreases. To increase your phone's signal strength, try moving your phone slightly, or move towards a window if you're calling from inside a building.
If you are still unable to place a call, please contact your service provider. If they are unable to assist you, please submit your phone so it may be inspected for repair.

CAN'T RECIEVE MESSAGE'S FROM SOMEONE I AM TALKING TO

The caution icon is usually displayed when your mobile phone has spotty connectivity. This is usually due to you being in an area that has poor signal strength. Look to see how many signal bars you have the next time you send a message and see the caution icon.

If you have a strong signal, then I would call your carrier to discuss replacing your phone. It may have problems with its transmitter..

My icon says I only have 80% signal strength, is

80% is a good signal strength....but if you want to increase the signal strength, then you need to move the wireless router to a very ventilated area, also the router should be placed atleast 5 feet away from other electronic devices like, modem, ups, microwave ovens, refrigerators etc.... also there should be a line of sight between the router and the wi-fi adapter... but in order to connect to a wireless network 25% of signal strength is enough....

Sirius satellite radio constantly shows "acquiring signal"

it could be the connection on the back of the reciever that could be bad. I would call sirius and see if your reciever is under warranty still, if not i can almost garauntee that your tuner antenna input is bad, if your antenna is brand new.

3g is on my phone

The 3G on your phone is simply indicating that you are in a 3G data service area. You may also see G (GPRS), E (EDGE), or 3G+ (HSDPA) - This are merely indicators of the data capability signal strength. Whichever icon is up, ( G E 3G 3G+ ) will become animated, or highlighted when you are sending or recieving data. The indicator is a normal function of the phone display and unfortunately cannot be removed.
