four beeps is ram I believe. Take everything off and see if it starts and then put stuff back one at a time and see what is causing the problem

Also you do not indicate which fan? I would guess you mean the main Power Supply (PS)? In which case it could just be you need to replace the PS.

Please try a different card & confirm that your phone card reader are working or not. If its working then you sure that, you r memory card have problem. So try to format it and then use. Some time virus's block the card.
If you seen that, your phone does not read any card then visit the nokia service center and give them for service/ internal dust cleaning.
