i have a i phone 4 and i need pin code will not pair. and don't see it in manual Bluetooth blue star hfblu-1k

You could try the bluetooth generic passwords (0000 and 1234), these usually work with most devices.

This product is very frustrating. I also need a pin which I don't have and it originally worked just fine with my Blackberry without any PIN.
Cannot get anyone at MIZ to answer the phone or return a call. I've called their support number 1 800 266 4026 but cannot reach a person.

These instructions should work for pairing your bluetooth device

1. First turn OFF the Bluetooth Headset
2. Place the Headset within a distance of 1 Foot of your phone.
3. Hold down the power key for about 8 seconds until indicator light blinks and starts to alternate between red and blue. This shows it is in pairing mode
4. Set your phone to search for a bluetooth device.
5. Select HFBLU-1K in the bluetooth device list and if required enter the password 1234
