Yes you can take the printouts using the xerox machine you need to install xerox drivers and you should connect through your tcp ip. it is easy when you look into the drivers

How to load staples in canon imagerunner 3300 copier
Does your copier have the finisher or saddle to have staples? There should be instructions in the user manuals for replacing staples. If you don't have the user manuals, I'd ask Canon to purchase replacement copies or look on the web.
