I have to list a number of name, phone number and email address together. How do I do that? And what program do I use?

Of course it isn't legit you muppet!!

1. How to Configure Display and Tone Settings

     Repeat Step 2 until you have finished entering all of your contacts into your address book.
     
     
   How to Configure Your Email

     Choose the "Email" option from your cell phone menu. Select the option to "Setup Accounts." The wording might slightly vary.

     Select the email account you want to set up. In many cases, the email provider will already be listed. For example, you might see Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail and AOL already listed.

     Enter your email address and password. You might be prompted for incoming and outgoing mail-server settings. These settings will vary depending on your email provider. Contact your email provider to obtain its mail-server settings. Save your settings.

There's 2 probable causes for this:

1) The most probable is that you have a virus/trojan.  Many variants spread themselves by going through your address book and mailing themselves out to your contacts pretending to be you.  Coming from a trusted source, your friends are more likely to click on the attachments...which is probably how you got it.
What to do about it?
Virus scan.  I recommend these 2 programs together:

...download, install, update and scan your system thoroughly with both programs...hopefully that will identify/eliminate the problem.
If you can't get rid of it, post a comment here with as much info as you can get -the name of the virus at least- and we'll try to remove it manually.

2) The other thing it could be is spammers who are spoofing your email address.  This is much less likely as it's people in your address book are getting hit.  If the bounces were for random email address, this would be a likely cause.  As it's your address book: virus.

All mobile phones have email address. You can sent emails to your friends mobile phones, can you? So if you can send emails to friends, then you can send photos to them and to any other mobile phone and computers, as long as you have the email address of those you wish to send them photos. Do this. if your old phone has a Photo and Video library (yes, you must have, its in the phone, check it.), better still, does your old photo have a camera? If so, then you have a Photo and Video Library. Go to Photos, find and click 'Viewer', small thumbnails of photos appear. Select the photo to wish to send to any other mobile phone, the press 'Send'. Depending on the brand you have, in this case an LG phone, a window appears, asking you if you want to send the photo via Multimedia msg, Email or Bluetooth. Select Email and click OK button. Another window appears with the To: If you havestored phone numbers in the old phone, together with friends email addresses then click Ok button again and it takes you to another window with a list of your friends addresses. select any one and then you 'Mark' the photo first with a check mark. then you probably have to press 'Done'. After done this, you can press Send and voila. the photo is being transmitted to air. If you want to do the same procedures, such as sending the photos to your new phone, all you have to so is select not your friend's name but your own name in the old phone. If you have ever sent a photo to your PC, note that special email address. Use that address and see if it sends the photo to the new phone. Usually it does. If not, the phone provider will tell you what email address your phone has.

When adding Contacts to your Outlook Express, add the Display Name and Email address (double check that the email address is accurate) then, press the save button at the bottom of the screen on the right hand side. By pressing the Add button, you are telling the program that you wish to add a second email address for this person (Contact) and this may be what is causing your issue when trying to access contacts. Contact List
There are two ways to enter Contact List.
1. Tap the [ ] in the idle screen then tap Address Book - Contact List.
2. Tap the [ ] key in the idle screen.
This menu allows you to save and manage contact address information. The
Contacts’ functions allow you to add a new address or search saved contact
addresses by name.
New Contact
This menu allows you to add a new contact address. You can enter contact
address information including name, phone numbers, email addresses, group
information items, memos, ring tones, and image (photograph).
Favorites
This menu allows you to have your own favorite contact list. You can add and
delete it.
Caller Groups
This menu allows you to manage group information. By default, there are 4
groups: family, friends, colleagues and school. You can also configure a ring
tone for a group so that the group ring tone sounds when a call from a specific
contact address within that group arrives and there is no ring tone configured
for the specific contact address.

All you have to do is click start, settings, control panel and double click on the icon 'internet options'
Secondly you will see a list of sub headings in the internet options. Click programs

Here you can change the name of the program you wish to open when you click an email address. Please note if you are using a web based email address such as hotmail, then select the program in the list 'Windows live mail' so whenever you click an email address on a website, it will automatically open a window and direct you to hotmail's website
