and press enter. Let windows load and it should work just fine.

If you need LAN drivers, what is you LAN CHIP manufacturer? Which Chipset are they using? The Celeron processor is your CPU not your LAN.

you need to update (flash) your bios so that it will recognize the new cpu.

are you sure that you have the same zif socket types either a intel celeron or an intel pentium, they are different socket types, but if theres nothing wrong with your other cpu your not going to see any difference in speed, upgrade your memory, but obviously if your other cpu has failed check the socket types and then reset your bios on the motherboard shorting terminals.
