The problem with the fabric softener not dispensing is not likely related to and F03 error code due to the washer not draining.
For the dispenser problem, I recommend that you pull the dispenser drawer out and clean it thoroughly.
The fabric softener dispenser works on a siphoning principle.
Make sure that the siphon hole in the dispenser is clear and not restricted or plugged.
You can fill the fabric softener compartment with water and make sure that it is siphoning properly while you are cleaning it.
Make sure that the cover is properly replaced on the fabric softener dispenser when the drawer is replaced in the washer.
You can use the diagnostic test described below to test the fabric softener dispenser.
If the softener dispenser does not fill and dispense properly, you could have a failed dispenser valve, a failed control board or a wiring failure between components.
You indicated that you tested the pump and that it is good. You could have a clogged drain hose or a clogged washer drain that would prevent the washer from draining.
You could also have a failed drain pump even though it runs. If the impeller is jammed or damaged, it will not pump out the water in the washer.
You will likely need to unplug the washer and drain the water out of the tub using a wet/dry shop vacuum.
To check the pump and drain hose at the bottom of the washer, remove the bottom front service panel and remove the drain pump. You may find a clog or restriction in the drain pump or connecting hoses. If the drain pump is damaged or will not work, it will need to be replaced.

SOURCE: we are getting an error code ddo on our wahser?
The DDO error is telling you that the detergent door is open. This error occurs when the detergent door has not latched properly when the unit is started.
There is a sensor that is dependant on a magnet, that is attached to the door, to trip it and send the proper door closed signal to the control oard. If this magnet comes off, or loose the signal will not be sent to the control board, and the error code will be displayed.
Now for the bad news. The magnet is in such a position that a considerable amount of labor is required to replace it.
Unless you are mechanicly inclined and handy with a box of tools I do not recommend that you attempt this repair. It is very involved and is not a DIY repair. It is best to let a tech handle this repair. An approximate price range for this repair is $175.00 to $275.00, or more depending on where you live.

This could be one of two things. The actual door lock assembly there is something malfunctioning with the part that the striker goes into or that the control pannel is not registering that the door lock is actually closed. One is a $60 fix (the door lock) and the other is approx ($250). Unfortunatly because they are both electronic parts you can't just buy the cheap one put it in and if it doesn't work return it. Most stores have a no return policy on electronics/electrical parts.

Washer dryers often have cold water valves with 3 separate solenoids. One for the main wash and rinses (which is clearly ok) and one for the condition rinse (to take the fabric conditioner down) which is probably ok too, and the 3rd one is for the dryer. It's possible this 3rd solenoid has failed.
Washer dryers need on a steady trickle of cold water running into the condenser chamber to convert the steam into water, which then gets pumped down the drain.
e10 means that there is a problem with the water supply.
a condenser dryer needs cold water to operate properly. the e10 code will appear if:
1. the water is turned off
2.the water pressure is too low.
3.the solenoid valve is open circuit
4.there is a problem with the pressure switch (least likely)
Cold valve is at the end of blue inlet pipe remove lid and you will see it.
f E10 is only appearing when trying to dry, the problem almost certainly is the condenser valve solenoid open circuit. The green solenoid on the inlet valve. Should read about 4000 ohms.
My money would be on the solenoid coil being open circuit. The coil can be canabalised from most valves although you may have to modify the connections. For simpler repairs - contact Zanussi and get the entire triple inlet water valve to swap out.
