THE PICTURE IS BLURRY, LETTERS ARE BLURRY/LIKE DOUBLE VISION. cOLORS ARE NOT RIGHT
Try to get another fly back as I did even if it's second hand but same type and working, install it if you can, if you can't get a technician to do it for you note it's a dangerous situation because of high voltages, set the pictures features to zero on the menu and start adjusting the focus and screen using the knobs on the fly back while the TV is on and playing, once a little bit darkened display turn up the picture featured to your desired position while checking the display on menu letters and on what might be playing on TV which has got subtitles after that problem solved.
Sounds like a bad light engine, sorry

sounds as if your convergence needs to be set. either through the menu on the tv or remote you need to get to the convergence set screen and you need to line up the crosshairs. this usually happens when the tv is moved or bumped.

If this only occurs occassionally, it suggests that there are bad connections at the convergence ICs rather than defective ICs. If you can solder, try resoldering the pins on the ICs. That may resolve the problem. These ICs are large, black and attached to a heatsink. They will be marked STKxxx.
Keep us posted.

Hello stevenkgray and ADIMEN,
I think what has happened is the your TVs are out of focus which could be due to a voltage problem. First I would warn you that this is a problem in the High voltage section of your TV and caution should be taken, in fact I would suggest that if you do not have a background in electronics that you get the TV checked and fix by a qualified TV repair technician. However if you do have a background the next few lines will make sense and you might be able to effect these repairs yourself.
Items needed for troubleshooting:
Schematic Diagram
Multimeter
High Voltage probe (40Kv)
Universal Video Analyzer (UVA)
1) Unplug the TV and take the back off of it
2) connect the UVA to the tuner F connector and setup the UVA to send a test pattern into the TV
3) Power the TV back up and turn to the channel set on the UVA
4) check the anode voltage on the CRT with the HV probe (connected to the Multimeter set to volts and grounded) and compare it to the voltage on the schematic.
5) If the voltage is not right adjust the focus and screen controls on the Integrated High Voltage Transformer (IHVT) to obtain the proper voltage.
6) Check the pattern to see if it is still fuzzy.
If the pattern is still fuzzy you may have to inspect/replace the IHVT and or its associative circuitry.
If you suspect that the IHVT is bad you can perform a ring test on the transformer using the UVA. (The instructions on how to do this are on the UVA quick steps pull out. or the instructions can be looked up on the web.
I hope this helps
Thank you,

The convergence circuit has failed. It is not a easy fix due to the tear down needed to get to the circuit area. I would call Mitsubishi at 18003322119 to get a Authorized Service Facility to check it out and give you a estimate of repair cost.

Sounds like your TV has a convergence problem. You can get parts and repair instructions from http://www.TvRepairKits.com
