Dearest: I need help, please. In Chile, I bought a Barbie Diamond Castle Playset (N5152) used (the seller told me that was new), but it was incomplete. I need to buy a few pieces, but in http://service.mattel.com this parts are not available. Please, is the Christmas dream of my daughter, and I don't have possibilities to buy this playset new (in amazon cost almost US$600) The parts are:
2 little green trees from the third floor of the castle.
1 chair 1 ''chaise long'' (a kind of sofa)
Pink grille of the third floor, complete.
Top of the bottom of the castle.
