You will need to cahnge the capacitors on the DM board, very common problem. The V21 V19 DM repair kit at the following link contains the replacement capacitors and detailed instructions. Its listed under the repair kits catagory at the following link. http://servicemanuals.vstore.ca/
I suspect the lamp area is VERY dirty as is the cabinet's filters and fans. This causes great stress on your tv and lamp. Take the time to clean all of them fully. Is the unit in a dirty area? or in a high temp area? DLP's dont like high temp or contaminated areas as they are NOT air sealed units.
Lamp is not the issue. It most likely is a your DM card. You most likely have some capacitors that need to be replaced. This is a terrible issue with this unit. Do a google search for "DM" and the model number and you should see hundreds of posts.
that means your lamp it is getting to the end of its life. sometimes even if the lamp still good the TV will send you that message because that timer is closed to 5000 hours
What you can do is open the lamp door, closed again and the tv will ask you if you replaced it the lamp, and just say yes and that sign will go away
continuous blinking green light indicates that the capacitors have failed on the DM pwb. You need the V26 DLP DM repair kit which is available at the following link under their repair category. http://servicemanuals.vstore.ca/
