I am setting up a HP6110 all in one printer. I cannot find the correct instructions on how to set up the scan to email function on the front panel. The HP site says to open the HP Solution Center, but I do not have a Solution Center. I installed the full set of drivers from the HP site.

just take a picture of the emails with your cell phone and then email the picture to yourself or whoever and know you have a copy but honestly why anyone would need to scan emails which are already digital and on computer makes no sense at all.
this is the same as deciding you need to drink some water so you take water and freeze it into cubes then pull them out and let them thaw so you can drink it

With regards to your issue, YES, you need to install the FULL FEATURE SOFTWARE and DRIVER and install it to your computer. After installing, you can use the Solution Center installed and from there you can set the settings even scanning to EMAIL. I've the same problem.
I've solved this problem by using Vuescan 8.5, this prog can scan using the scandriver from HP

I had the same problem and after spending more than 40 hours on the phone with tech support, it was determined that Adobe Photoshop is not compatible with hp solution center. You can open paint and scan with it.

we need to perform a reset, it will take the pritner to the factory settings and this may help you,
the process of reset goes like.
unplug the power cable from the pritner >
then press and hold down the # key and 6 key >
while pressing and holding these keys plug in the power cable back into the printer and wait for 20 secs and then release the buttons..
after this the printer will re-initialize and this might take few minutes.. so wait untill it finishes and follow the onscreeen instruction as well.(if any)

GO to add scanner utility and try to add the scanner if it ask for the driver insert the disk.
