When trying to connect LG Blue Tooth Stereo headset, I get it paired, but I can not get music. I can clearly hear the phone conversation through the head set, but NOT the music. Of course (like everyone) I was assured that this would work just fine.
So, to summarize. I can pair. I can hear the phone conversation, but I can NOT play my MP3 music through the blue tooth head phones (stereo headphones). Verizon promised this would not be a problem, but I am not sure they know the motorola phone. Do I take the head phones back? They really are nice "cans". :)
The krzr doesn't support "stero headphones" thats why you can't play music with it but all the other stuff works fine. if you call customer support they will tell you this.. and i think its ******** and they should recall everyones phone and give us new ones that are up graded!!!!!!!!!!! ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
From what I can tell and after researching the same issue it is the
KRZR. I called both Verizon tech support and my bluetooth tech support.
There is no solution
If
you notice some of the functions in the Blue tooth Pairing/connection
menu functions don't even work. (The on off for instance and the
settings) After it is paired. I tried my bluetooth with other phones
and it works fine.
I am going to the Verizon store to complain untill i get a different model.
In short the KRZR software is defective

I agree, and thank you for the response. First, Verizon was in no way honest with me, and because I opened the package, it can't be returned. They finally offered to take it back after I "made a scene" in their store and had the customers on my side as they stood in line to pay their bills. It was actually quite funny.
The reason this work work is because of DP2 (I think that's correct) technology. Since the KRZR does not have this technology, they made a false statement and I have a really nice set of headphones that won't work. Add to this the fact I was getting the head phones because I am going through Chemotherapy, and it is just plain wrong.
There tech staff at teh store did not have a clue what they were talking about, and neither did I. The difference is, I look for them to give me technical support, because they are the "supposed" informed.
Again, thanks for the reply grizlore, I appreciate the help!
