If this monitor requires a driver you should be able to find it on the Dell website. Just click the Support link and lookup your specific model #. Select the o/s you are running. Download and install the driver. Hope this helps.

WHY IS THE GREEEN POWER BUTTON FLASHING ON MY MONITER AND THE SCREEN THEN GOWS BLACK

When the power light is flashing the monitor is not getting a stable signal. This is hard to answer without direct troubleshooting. Check the cables first, make sure they are connected securely. If you still have problems test another monitor you know works or move monitor to a computer you know works, this will determine if the monitor is the problem or not and tell you if it is your "graphics port or adapter". If another monitor works fine, use the working cables to test the "broken" monitor. If you have an "all-in-one" computer, ignore the above steps and use a start-up repair disk. The reason this is hard to troubleshoot is there are so many things to diagnose. More than likely your "graphics card" is failing. These are some tricks to repair. You can update the driver, buy a graphic card separate from the stock port.

I cant find driver for my flat panel monitor Dell E172fp for windows 7 64 bit... It is a big problem... Can someone help me? Sorry about my english.

It is a "plug-and-play" monitor, which is fully-supported by Windows XP/Vista/7, in both 32-bit and 64-bit modes.

What manufacturer of computer?
What model of computer?
Desktop or laptop?
Use "Control Panel" and then "Hardware" to view the details about the video-card.

My dell monitor usb ports don't work anyone how to fix it?

Please check if the monitor's usb port is connected to the tower, the monitor only acts like a USB hub / junction. If it is connected then disconnect it from the existing USB port and connect it to a different USB port. Please refer to the monitor manual link given below
