If you are using Outlook Express at home and your office uses a full version of Outlook, it will have some communication features not available to Outlook Express.
There should be no problems sending standard emails though, as long as your office computer has internet access.

Save yourself ALOT of headaches and start using Gmail. If your computer crashes your email will still be safe.

im not sure i have windows 7and had to indivdually add my email adresses into my hotmail you might save them to a file and send them to your outlook email adress open and double click on each one to add or right click to adress book this works on outlook express

When adding Contacts to your Outlook Express, add the Display Name and Email address (double check that the email address is accurate) then, press the save button at the bottom of the screen on the right hand side. Check the proxy settings in internet settings.
