We have an att.net account and the page was green. Somehow we can't get our homepage to come up . It goes to yaoo.com but that is not whaat we want. Can you help

AT&T is in partnership with yahoo so that's why you're getting a yahoo page. But if there's another site that you used to have as a homepage, just go to the address of the website that you want (say, for exampl, http://www.att.com/accounts/) then set it as your homepage:

For internet explorer, go to tools, then internet options, then click on use current, then click on apply and ok.

For mozilla firefox, go to tools, options, general tab, click on use current pages, then click on okay.

Let me know if you're using any other browser.

I'm a att.net customer. However everone, including Yahoo, wants to put their own logo as my home page. I don't want Yahoo, iMESH,alOt, et al, as my home page. I just want the homepage for att.net and for...

If you want internet explorer to be your browser. In this, you can set your homepage as follows:
Click TOOLS menu > Internet Options > General tab
Under GENERAL tab, the 1st option will be of configuring your homepage. Erase whatever you already you have there and set your favorite website as your homepage.
If you want Mozilla Firefox to be your browser. In this you can set your homepage as:
Click TOOLS menu > Options... > General tab
Under GENERAL tab, one of the top options will be of making up of your own homepage.

Thanks for asking, it was a good question though
You can get back to me anytime for any clarifications or further details on this issue.

My computer has been restored and now I can't access my e-mail account or find my att.net homepage

When a Reformat has been done, all 3rd party program would have to be installed. ie: Microsoft programs, Turbo Tax, Quicken, Quickbooks, etc. Any program that you have a disc, you will have to re-install it.

If you want att.net as your home page, then set it under internet properties.
Click Start > Click on Control Panel > Double Click on Internet Options > and change it there at Home Page. See picture below, IN RED.
If you find this information helpful, pls rate me.

Just received new Att email account with U-verse signup. Trying to set up email thru Outlook 2000. Need to know the ''Incoming mai (POP3)'' name and ''Outgoing mail (SMTP)'' name. Please assist. Email...

If you looking for POP3 SMTP Mail Servers then it would be
AT&T WorldNet incoming mail server: postoffice.worldnet.att.net
AT&T WorldNet outgoing mail server: mailhost.worldnet.att.net
or
incoming mail (POP3) -> ipostoffice.worldnet.att.net

Just for POP, I think should be somethinnd like
[email protected]
or
pop.att.yahoo.com

Incoming Mail Server (POP3):
Host Name: ipostoffice.worldnet.att.net:995
User Name: [email protected]

Good luck

To get google and all your other java web access make sure that this is the only profile you have in the Access Point. This will default as your java web setting & streaming setting. So you can now stream youtube & use Opera Mini 4.
