There are rebuild kits for this pump from Johntone Supply or Grainger Supply as well as others. A rebuild would be less then a complete new pump
These pumps clog up in hard water areas . Go to replace it and then get your heating system treated with an additive to prevent it from happening again.
After 8 months with the heating turned off, my Grundfos selectric also seized up. This is very common if you haven't used it for ages. Here's how I freed it.1) I removed the large screw, using a plastic tub to catch the quarter pint of brown-orange run-off2) I wiggled a very thin screwdriver into the valve. A little more brown water came out3) I replaced the large screw, turned on my heating4) I turned the pump speed on the Grundfos (black lever) down from 3 to 2 and gave it a tap with a mallet, which freed the thing. It started pumping again5) I opened a beer and took my thick jumper off.

I just tried to restart mine after a long time of not running and it
was seized up. Instead of paying $$ to replace it, I took it apart and
pulled out the inner impeller housing. Since I had nothing to lose, I
put it in a vice, stuck a screwdriver in the slot, and hit it a few
times with a hammer. It moved about a 1/8" inch. I hit it back the
other way. After that, I was able to turn it with a lot of force. A
few turns back and forth later, everything was fine and it turned
freely. Problem fixed and no money spent.
