For some reason now, i can't hear anything out of the earpiece. It shows its commected but i can't hear anything when i receive a call or even when i dial out. I use to be able to hear the beeps when i dial. It has worked well for the last 6 months and was working just up to a week ago. what do you suggest.

I am sorry to say but the Plantronics are cheap and not well made. Sounds like you might have a weak battery and because of that it wont have enough charge to turn on. I myself have gone through many and now spent a little bit more and got a better earpiece.

SOURCE: My headset has a constant buzzing in earpiece.

On left hand side of base unit dial has to be set with the number 1 in the 3'oclock position. On the right hand side of base unit there is a switch set it to the 1 position. On the headset press and hold the vol - and vol + and pick up call buttons at the same time until an orange light on headset blinks a few times.
